We at SDSDogs understand that purchasing a puppy is a big decision. In as much as we would like to see all of our puppies go to good homes, we realize that there may be circumstances that prevent you from keeping your new puppy. It is our goal to make sure every puppy has a good home and a productive life. If for any reason you are unable to keep your new puppy, you may return the puppy within three calendar days of purchase for a full refund. Your original deposit, however, is always non-refundable and will not be considered as part of the refund.

Ten Day Health Warranty

We strive to breed quality puppies and the utmost care is given to all of our breeding dogs and new puppies. However, should your puppy develop a problem within the first 10 calendar days after purchase, you may return the puppy to SDSDogs for another puppy. To qualify for this warranty, it is necessary for you to take the puppy to your veterinarian for assessment within the 10 calendar days. Should your veterinarian find a physical problem with the puppy, you must obtain a written statement from you veterinarian detailing the health problems of the puppy and his prognosis. This statement must be signed by your veterinarian and dated within 10 calendar days of purchase. This warranty does not cover transmittable diseases such as parvo, corona, rabies, bordetella, etc. The costs of such examinations are at the expense of the purchaser.

We at SDSDogs are so confident in the dogs that we raise and breed, a 30-month guarantee is available for most dogs! In order to qualify for the 30 Month Guarantee, you must obtain a stamped, dated and signed copy of the “Guarantee” at the time the puppy is purchased. A copy of the agreement is located at here.
